Amanda Kloots is responding to the particular backlash she received to get her first dose from the COVID-19 vaccine.
The 38-year-old fitness instructor plus The Speak co-host will be the widow of Broadway professional Nick Cordero , who passed away in July 2020 right after contracting the virus and investing more than three months in the medical center.
Amanda received her very first dose of the vaccine on Friday evening (February 19) and she has been accused of jumping the queue. In Los Angeles, where the lady lives, only essential employees and people over 65 qualify to book appointments for that vaccine right now.

The more hands that we get this vaccine within, the better. I took our chance and went along with two of my friends to a vaccination site in east T. A. We waited within a long line and wished. After all the appointments had been finished, we asked when they had any vaccines still left, because if they have extra vaccines, they want to put it in hands instead of getting rid of it. Plus they said, ‘ We have additional vaccines for you. ’ We immediately got the chills and started crying. ”
