The last week has seen a lot of highs and… setbacks, struggles, lows. Slipping back into old habits. Bad habits. Realizing midway that we needed to make changes. Adjusting later than we should have. And we’re grateful for it all! Thankful that our therapist is the best cheerleader and wisdom-sharer we could have! And appreciate anyone and everyone viewing this video!
